Day One; Emotional Intelligence in Public Safety (The science behind leading yourself and others). Every attendee will receive a personalized EQ assessment (PSEQ) and workbook.
Day Two; Individual Leadership and Personal Development. Each attendee will receive a personalized Clifton Strengths and Values in Action assessment.
Day Three: Team Dynamics, Crucial Conversations, and using Leadership applied in a major incident.
